Reservations are processed in order of receipt and based on availability. Dietary preferences and allergies can be specified in the comments section. Marcel and his team have carefully crafted the following Christmas menu for you, subject to market, butcher, and fishery availability.
A deposit of €50 per person is required at the time of booking (this will be deducted from the final bill).
Lunch reservations require an arrival between 12:00 and 13:00 (end time 16:30), while dinner service starts between 18:30 and 19:30.

Important: Reservations can be made for up to 10 people. For larger groups or private events, please contact us via email.
In Den Rustwat is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, except for pre-arranged private events.
