A good wine to accompany a good dish: luckily the combination of these two is becoming increasingly more successful in our country. IDRW is widely praised for its wine list. We decide on this together. Marcel is a genuine wine taster. Maaske then tastes what Marcel likes and this is how we select our wine list. The entire world is represented in our wine cellar, with a separate section for biodynamic wines. All true gems, wines to celebrate life. We choose not to publish our wine list online because we aim to offer our guests a truly personal experience. Our wine selection is carefully curated and regularly updated to harmonize with our seasonal dishes and the latest discoveries from our wine suppliers. This means our offerings often change, depending on what pairs best with our menu at any given time.
Additionally, we believe that the value of good wine advice comes through personal interaction. Our sommeliers are happy to assist you in selecting wines that perfectly complement your taste preferences and chosen dishes.

In Den Rustwat is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, except for pre-arranged private events.
